RJQ Overview
The Wayne Grosvenor Rhythm & Jazz Quartet was founded in 2010. We are a group of enthusiastic musicians who share a passion for jazz, yet our musical interests include blues, funk, Latin, black gospel and reggae. We also look forward to writing some original compositions.

Don't Feel Like Practicing?
I once heard Roger Crawford (http://www.rogercrawford.com/) speak on what it takes to be successful. If you think you are struggling, check out his story. His mother told him when he was young to practice when you feel like it ---- and practice when you don't feel like it.
Let's face it. There are some days that you (I) don't feel like practicing. We may be tired physically or mentally. So, what do you do?
